At Momonga Plush, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return policy.

  1. Returns are Conditional
    Items must be unused, and in the same condition as when you received them, with the original packaging.
    Returns must be made within 30 days since the order was delivered.
    Items that have been custom made or personalized are not returnable, unless they arrived damaged or with a defect.
  2. Initiating a return
    To initiate a return, you send your order number and the reason you want to return your order to our Customer Support at info@momonga-plush.com.
    You will get a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions from our Customer Support.
  3. Refund Processing
    The reason for this is that your returned item must be inspected. Refunds are done in 5 to 10 business days.
    The shipping costs will not be refunded.
  4. Returns of Defective Items
    If your item has been delivered damaged or has a defect, you must notify us in 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement/refund, including the shipping costs back to you.
  5. Customer Support for Damaged Exchanges
    We only do exchanges for damaged items. Customer Support handles exchanges as well.
  6. Returning Due To Shipping

All return shipping, saves for defective items or damaged items, falls to the customer.

To facilitate the return process, we suggest getting a shipping option that allows you to track your return.
